Our innovative platform harnesses AI and Machine Learning to streamline recruitment of professional gig workers in challenging domains like Oil & Gas and Enterprise development. Key deliverables included an efficient procurement process, enabling quick and cost-effective hiring, and a comprehensive project-payment lifecycle that ensures prompt compensation to talents. Technically, we integrated custom SAP connectors for real-time data exchange, implemented an end-to-end MLOps framework to maintain scalability and reliability, and developed a robust data warehouse for actionable insights.
