Classy Llama completely transformed Cambridge Air’s parts-store experience and its associated systems. We conducted discovery and alignment workshops, carried out a UX/UI audit, and applied prioritized improvements to navigation, filters, breadcrumbs, cart/checkout interactions, carousel functionality, and fixed broken links. We transitioned the storefront from Adobe to BigCommerce, moved catalog, customer, and order data, collaborated with BigCommerce, and set up domain routing and 301 redirects to maintain SEO. We revamped the homepage using Page Builder and custom widgets to match global styles, and developed a heat load calculator. We designed and implemented synchronization between Epicor ERP and BigCommerce for managing products, customers, pricing, inventory, orders, and shipments, in addition to integrating Salesforce CRM for lead capture and workflow management. Our efforts included technical spikes, SEO audits, quality assurance, end-to-end and user acceptance testing, along with providing live support and stabilization through a hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology.
