NAV implementation to manage revenues and partners

Glovo Ukraine

It's difficult to envision life in a large city without the delivery services offered by the international courier company Glovo. The company's headquarters has long chosen Microsoft’s business management solutions, including the NAV platform (now known as Business Central). Many regional offices also utilize this corporate platform to streamline daily operations. As part of the initiative to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV across all Glovo locations, the Clarity Ukraine team assisted Glovo Ukraine in transitioning to NAV, thereby lessening its reliance on 1C. The accounting module for partners (restaurants) and couriers was successfully migrated and customized, and integration with the main system for processing customer orders was completed. After each project concludes, our consultants conduct training sessions for the system's end users, in addition to offering ongoing technical support and updates.

Business Central implementation

Inerco Trade

The implementation of Business Central for Inerco Trade, the Swiss representative of Kernel, has been successfully completed. This project followed a significant initiative to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV at Kernel Trade’s headquarters. The IT team, which included specialists from Kernel Digital and Clarity Ukraine, was responsible for setting up the accounting system in Business Central for the Swiss company and ensuring data exchange with Dynamics NAV at the headquarters, which involved synchronizing key data such as master data, management accounting settings, and analytical dimensions essential for accounting and reporting compatibility. A primary requirement from the client was to utilize the standard functionalities of Business Central without any additional customization. This led to an efficient project approach, enabling a swift completion within three months. Prior to the system going live, training was provided for Inerco Trade users, and master data along with incoming balances from the previous system were uploaded. Andrii Pishyi, Director of Kernel Digital, stated: “We are integrating our foreign offices into the digitalization process, and implementing a modern accounting system like Dynamics 365 Business Central is crucial for this endeavor. Thanks to the expertise of Clarity Ukraine, who are well-acquainted with our internal processes from the successful Dynamics NAV implementation at Kernel Trade, we were able to roll out the ERP system on schedule in the Swiss office.” The client is already effectively using the system, with ongoing support from IT professionals at Kernel Digital and Clarity Ukraine to address user needs.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central project

Torwell Group

The primary goals of the Business Central ERP implementation project were to achieve consolidated accounting in line with international standards and to support accounting operations within the holding company, enabling the consolidation of financial data from group companies at various levels, including management and IFRS. Even though the project was carried out remotely through a series of iterative meetings, consultants from Clarity Ukraine effectively addressed its complexities. The main challenge was to harmonize the diverse data and reporting needs of the investment group's numerous businesses, which involved varied sources and systems. Torwell Group made a deliberate choice to partner with Ukrainian Microsoft providers and was genuinely impressed by Clarity Ukraine’s extensive expertise and adeptness with Business Central. They were particularly struck by the team’s remarkable adaptability and steadfast professionalism, even amidst the challenges posed by wartime, as they continued to meet project demands efficiently. Torwell Group is an investment consortium that manages a chain of consumer electronics stores, COMFY, in Ukraine, operates over 25 shopping centers in Poland, has a hotel and commercial property business branded Elysia Park in Cyprus, and oversees a chain of stores for a well-known fashion retailer in Spain.
