**Overview:** In this project, we developed a tool for importing leads and cases from NetSuite and generating tickets on Zendesk for management purposes. The focus was on integrating various platforms to retrieve and transmit data efficiently. **Challenges:** The client was using a traditional approach to generate data in Salesforce from CSV files extracted from NetSuite, and tickets were being created manually in Zendesk. This led to a significant amount of manual work and frequent human errors, which caused considerable disruption each time the process was executed. **Solution:** To address this issue, we created a tool that automates the data processing, thereby minimizing manual tasks and reducing the likelihood of human errors to nearly zero. This import tool integrates NetSuite to retrieve leads, cases, and other object data, then processes and updates them in Salesforce while also generating corresponding tickets on the Zendesk platform. The tool includes ad-hoc features for data handling and validation, and it can manage corrupted data resulting from system downtimes and integration failures by attempting to reprocess it automatically after a certain period.
