Since its origins in 1973 with George and Tom Ginter founding G&G Printers, our company has undergone significant growth and transformation. Tom Ginter's acquisition of controlling interest in 1995 paved the way for strategic developments, including the sale to PRINTSOURCE USA in 2000, which coincided with acquiring Commercial Litho in Phoenix. Subsequently, the merging of PRINTSOURCE USA's entities under Kelmscott Communications led to the formation of Cereus Graphics in 2001, consolidating local businesses into a larger Phoenix facility. In 2003, Tom Ginter re-acquired Cereus Graphics, driving its expansion as a leading commercial print manufacturer in Phoenix.
