Founded in 2012 by Alison Daoust, Centric Solutions Group (CSG) has grown into a leading woman-owned staffing firm based in Rochester, Michigan. Alison, an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience, drives the company’s operations, finances, sales, marketing, and strategy. She leads CSG's three core divisions: Executive Search, Direct Hire Placements, and Contract Staffing, passionately fostering talent development for both clients and internal teams. Vice President and CFO Matthew Daoust brings over 15 years of leadership and financial expertise, overseeing finance, IT, corporate administration, and contract staffing. Under Amy Billberry’s recruitment leadership since 2014, CSG’s growth and client relationships have flourished.
