The Center for Municipal Management Systems started its operations at the end of 2012. Since then, the CMSU has consistently focused on enhancing the "Single Account" and related services. To support condominium heads and their residents, the CMSU developed and implemented the proOSBB service, which aids condominium leaders with accounting, ensures transparency in interactions with residents, monitors housing service debts, analyzes service usage volumes, and facilitates communication among building residents. In response to requests from utility service providers, the Central State University manages the printing and distribution of the "Single Account" for the services offered. Today, the "Single Account" serves as an effective platform for communication between providers of residential and commercial services and their customers. The CMSU is also dedicated to developing new services that will benefit both partners and city residents.
