OUR STORY
Founded in 1997 by brothers Rob and Steve, Custom Computer Services Wales (CCSW) was established to provide bespoke IT support tailored to businesses in South Wales. Discontent with generic one-size-fits-all IT solutions, they crafted a flexible, client-centric approach that adapts to evolving technology and diverse organizational needs. Today, CCSW serves clients across the UK with personalized IT services designed to align with each firm's size, sector, and operational demands. Their skilled team offers flexible support—whether as part of existing staff or a fully outsourced IT department—delivering scalable, secure, and efficient systems to enhance infrastructure and future-proof technology. CCSW emphasizes quality control, information security, and continuous improvement, positioning themselves as trusted partners in IT management and innovation.
