BAYU AI Chatbot – BHEUU (Prime Minister’s Department) is an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot created for the Legal Affairs Division (BHEUU) of Malaysia's Prime Minister’s Department. Its purpose is to enhance the public's access to legal information and government services through intelligent digital interaction. This chatbot operates around the clock as a digital assistance channel, providing users with prompt, precise, and consistent answers regarding BHEUU’s roles, legal services, programs, and public information. Utilizing AI-driven natural language processing (NLP), BAYU can comprehend user inquiries in a conversational manner and effectively guide users to appropriate information. The solution prioritizes usability, clarity, and governance, ensuring that information is delivered in an organized, accessible, and responsible fashion. BAYU alleviates the workload of manual inquiries, speeds up response times, and improves the overall experience for citizens seeking legal guidance. Catz Media Technology was responsible for the design of the AI chatbot, including its conversational flow, knowledge organization, and frontend integration, ensuring a smooth alignment with the official BHEUU website. The interface is designed to convey the organization’s credibility while being user-friendly and intuitive for the public.
