Since leaving the military in 1986, Jeff Carroll committed to self-employment, culminating in his acquisition of National Tax on Devine in 2011 from Ora Warfield, who trusted him to care for her clients as family. Now celebrating 15 years as Co-Owner and President of Carroll's National Tax, Jeff has integrated Ora's clientele into his own extended family.
