I'm Cindy, an Atlanta-based documentary wedding photographer dedicated to capturing genuine moments over staged poses. With over 100 weddings documented across diverse cultures—including Hindu, Pagan, Christian, Muslim, and even a Mayan shaman ceremony in Mexico—I prioritize authentic emotions and storytelling through unobtrusive photography. Beyond weddings, I've documented unique events like a biker funeral and community gatherings. Known for my combination of education, experience, humor, and humility, I also engage in personal photo projects, hiking, volunteering for racial justice and hospice care, and embracing community through refugee support. Recently, I began mentoring Tyrae, a talented associate photographer, fostering growth through shared knowledge and fresh perspectives as I approach retirement.
