Our Journey For five years, we operated a service business and learned what was essential: prompt follow-ups, streamlined onboarding, inventory tracking, and responding to reviews. We initially managed everything manually, which consumed our evenings and weekends. I began using Excel from my corporate experience, but it quickly proved inadequate. Then Gumloop and Claude emerged, allowing us to automate tasks that once took up our afternoons. We transformed our business using these tools, and now we create similar systems for others.
