About the Team
OUR STORY
Yules founded Brilliant Person Career Coaching inspired by a diverse journey that began at Alberta University of the Arts in 2008, where creativity and innovation fueled his growth. Balancing studies with freelancing—as a layout designer, sound artist, and live performer—he connected with inspiring professionals that shaped his passion for career guidance. Since 2014, working with marginalized communities expanded his view of creativity as a problem-solving and adaptive process, leading him to champion personalized career development. As a Certified Work-Life & Career Strategist, Yules has helped over 200 clients across Canada navigate career transitions and growth through holistic coaching. Recognized among top career coaches and committed to ethical practice, he aims to empower individuals to build meaningful careers aligned with their values and strengths.
