About the Team
OUR STORY
Our company’s journey began with a single individual, a worn-out van, and a clear vision, evolving into a vibrant, committed team dedicated to personalized client service. Central to our success is our people, whose expertise and values deeply align with our mission. We prioritize a supportive, team-first culture, a commitment reflected in the longevity of many founding team members still with us today. Led by founder Rich Hervig and CEO Chad Hervig, alongside a skilled leadership team including President Keith Hervig and Operations Manager Adam Stokes, we have cultivated a collaborative environment. Our diverse staff—from help desk managers to field technicians and administrative professionals—work cohesively to deliver exceptional service, embodying our foundational ethos and ongoing dedication to client satisfaction.
