He creates brands, design systems, websites, and applications for a diverse array of clients and sectors. As the founder and creative director of Brian White Design, he has steered creative strategies for both global and local brands, including Oura Ring, T-Mobile, Motorola, Dell, the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, and GEHA Insurance, achieving numerous awards.

Junior Achievement Biz Town

QTS Data Centers

Illustration, Graphic Design, Environmental Design & Logo Design developed a fully interactive data center experience for Junior Achievement's BizTown, aimed at educating children about data centers and careers in technology. The project featured a fully illustrated server room environment, complete with wall wraps, a functional hand scanner prop, security camera feed displays, and educational sections detailing various career paths at QTS. It included custom icons, layouts, and vector illustrations designed to help kids grasp the role of data centers and their relevance to everyday life. Additionally, three logos were created for QTS's European data center expansion, each incorporating local landmarks—such as windmills, boats, and regional architecture—alongside the QTS brand mark, thus creating a unified identity that reflects each city's character while ensuring brand consistency. Georgia O'Keeffe Museum

A completely revamped web application for the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum collections in Santa Fe, New Mexico, offers a modern look and user experience. The redesign highlights the renowned artist and ensures her works are prominently featured on every page. The art direction was led by Lisa Battle, with UX guidance from Duane Degler, and the project was executed in collaboration with Design for Context, while development was handled by DFC. Brian works with various advertising agencies and design studios, so feel free to contact him for potential collaboration. The museum's website was outdated and required a full redesign. Brian White Design, in partnership with Design for Context, started with initial wireframes and sketches, refining and developing a new design system for a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website. Through a series of meetings and concept sprints focusing on user experience and wireframes provided by DFC, we created a design system that effectively served the project's needs. This system was flexible enough to adapt to various templates, allowing for easy showcasing, filtering, and exploring of the artwork and archives. As the project progressed, we developed additional wireframes to enhance the design system, ensuring that it accommodated all types of artwork, including both narrow and very wide pieces. This presented a challenge, as none of the pieces could be cropped due to the instructions from O'Keeffe's curators. After the site had been operational for a year, I was commissioned to design a visualization of Georgia O'Keeffe's artistic career. It was a rewarding experience to review all available items and distill them into a user-friendly presentation. Interactive hover effects reveal screenshots and additional information.
