SRC-Search - Adds a personal touch to recruitment

The Challenge SRC Search is a specialist in recruitment solutions, dedicated to helping clients find suitable candidates. What started as a minor adjustment to their website transformed into a complete overhaul. The objective was to convert their brand identity into a modern digital experience while implementing necessary technical enhancements. The project emphasized the importance of creating a personal touch, alongside a harmonious combination of design and animation. Distinct Identity for Each Division SRC Search consists of four unique branches: Search & Selection, Executive Search, RPO & RAAS, and Green Search. Each branch required a clear and unique representation on the website. By logically incorporating these divisions throughout the site, we facilitated user navigation to the most relevant content. Comprehensive Vacancy Database The website boasts a large job database centered on Biotech, Life Sciences, and Green Tech. It offers numerous filtering options (such as region, job type, and status) to improve usability. In addition to these filters, the vacancy section features a video FAQ and a straightforward explanation of the recruitment process. Every job listing has a dedicated page that provides detailed information along with a direct "Apply now" option. Personal Touch For SRC Search, a personal approach is a fundamental value, not just a service aspect. To embody this philosophy, we ensured the presence of real people throughout the site, from team member profiles in each division to various contact methods, illustrating their human-centric approach. The Result In collaboration with SRC Search, we created a unique and entirely redefined website that strongly emphasizes their four main pillars.

UMC Biobank: bringing HDR together on one platform

Amsterdam UMC Biobank

The Biobank of Amsterdam UMC medical center is dedicated to research on embryos, gathering insights through various studies and contributors, with findings frequently published in prominent journals like Life. In recent years, several individual researchers have created their own websites, leading to a lack of coherence due to multiple administrators and platforms. This situation prompted the need for a unified, user-friendly website on WordPress. To establish order among the content, we developed various custom post types and taxonomies. Each type of content, such as news articles, team members, and publications, received its own custom post type. Additionally, we created taxonomies representing each branch within the Biobank, allowing database items to be linked to these branches. This approach facilitates a diverse database where each content piece is associated with one or more branches, eliminating redundancy. For instance, instead of having separate pages for the same team member across different sites, we can now assign that member to multiple branches with a simple checkbox. After organizing the database, we were able to present content across the website's various branches in a structured manner. The structured data allows for straightforward queries like "show [news items] from [branch]." Consequently, future news articles will automatically appear in the appropriate sections, and individual news items can also be linked to multiple branches, further reducing duplicate content. As a result, we’ve consolidated various websites into a single platform for UMC Amsterdam, enabling efficient content management, where individual items are automatically allocated to the correct pages. This development includes well-structured post types and straightforward connections.

Going Places

Challenge Going Places serves as a management agency for artists and influencers. Drawing inspiration from the unique branding of Going Places, we developed a [website](https://brendly.nl/) that showcases their services and features the artists and influencers they represent. Artists and Productions The website provides a designated space for artists and productions, which can be easily added through WordPress. This content is prominently featured on the homepage in two sliders. Animations The branding is inspired by Neo-Asian aesthetics, enhanced by dynamic animations. This includes various animations characterized by large brush strokes that span the entire width of the website.
