In 2022, the healthcare technology company LabFinder, which provides B2C and B2B solutions to enhance patient experiences and streamline diagnostic center operations, collaborated with Breezy Hill Marketing. LabFinder sought an inventive approach to develop B2B and B2C strategies that would mutually reinforce one another. These evaluations helped ensure that LabFinder's brand messaging maintained a consistent tone across both B2B and B2C social media posts and guided the creative briefs and blog content we developed. The Outcomes Our dedication to understanding LabFinder's target audience enabled us to create impactful messaging, resulting in a remarkable 1154% growth in email subscribers and a 718% increase in sessions from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, our focused messaging had a significant positive effect on LinkedIn campaigns, leading to an astounding 20,320% rise in users and a 21,240% increase in sessions during the same timeframe.

PatientBond

**The Challenge** In 2021, PatientBond, a healthcare technology company focused on patient engagement and recently acquired by Upfront Health, formed a partnership with Breezy Hill Marketing. They faced limited marketing resources and aimed to enhance brand awareness and visibility among urgent care facilities and beyond. To achieve this, PatientBond sought a strategic collaboration with us to develop targeted and segmented email and advertising campaigns, establish program workflows in HubSpot, and analyze, report on, and optimize their content campaigns. **The Breezy Hill Approach** Breezy Hill Marketing collaborated closely with PatientBond to refine their Account-Based Marketing (ABM) segments. By deeply understanding PatientBond’s target audience and their needs, we crafted and coordinated LinkedIn and email campaigns tailored to address specific pain points of each segment. Our content development simplified complex topics, such as psychographics and the application of behavioral science, making them accessible and relevant to different C-suite personas. We also organized social media schedules, created landing pages, and set up automated email drip campaigns to ensure timely delivery of the right messages to the right audiences. Throughout the process, we provided PatientBond with comprehensive reporting to confirm that the active campaigns were yielding optimal results in terms of increased brand visibility and engagement with clients and prospects. **The Results** Our joint efforts with PatientBond resulted in significant increases across various metrics: users grew by 19.46%, sessions by 19.85%, and goal completions by 27.5%. Specifically, direct traffic saw an impressive 27.34% increase in users, a 37.32% increase in sessions, and a 37.32% increase in goal completions. The LinkedIn campaigns experienced remarkable growth, with a 5,505% rise in users and a 6,024% increase in sessions, attributed to our carefully designed ads and thorough reporting.
