Damian Fitzsimmons, our Creative Director, began his journey with a screenplay developed alongside Ruby Films and the UK Film Council, leading to a successful career marked by awards and accomplishments, including a Best Film honor at the Liverpool International Film Festival. With over 25 years in the industry, Damian has directed numerous commercials, documentaries, and animations, notably the TV show Life’s Rewards streaming on Amazon Prime. Alongside Ian LaQua, Head of Production, whose childhood aspirations fuel their shared vision, they strive to create exceptional content by blending storytelling tradition with creative innovation.
