The Challenge: Our client, Toby Apparel, is a new eCommerce company specializing in clothing and apparel for industrial workers. They recently began selling their first products on major retail platforms like Amazon throughout Europe. They required a website to display their designs, communicate their values to customers, and enhance their online presence. The Process: Toby Apparel had a clear vision for their website, including most of the text, a uniquely shaped logo, and a preferred color scheme that aligned with their products. Our designer took their concepts and created a prototype, which was approved with minimal changes. One of our developers then brought the design to life and conducted tests using Next.js. The Results: Toby Apparel now has an engaging online presence that reflects their values and mission. While the website currently serves as an informational platform, they have expressed interest in adding eCommerce capabilities once they scale up production sufficiently to support it.

The Challenge DIMP, our client, operates across multiple sectors, specifically focusing on Hospitality in this case. They manage and lease several apartments in Bulgaria. Although they had a pre-existing website, they believed it had become outdated given their long-standing presence in the industry, prompting them to seek a fresh, modern solution. The Process In our initial conversation, we discussed their current design, identifying elements DIMP wanted to retain and those that needed modification. We defined essential functionalities for the new site and proposed enhancements to enrich user experience and increase utility for DIMP. For instance, we recommended incorporating an admin panel to enable their team to easily update website content. Additionally, we developed a more comprehensive booking form to help DIMP gather detailed information about potential customers’ needs and preferences beforehand, thus reducing the time it takes to finalize a deal. The Results DIMP now boasts a contemporary website aligned with current standards. They can modify content and pricing whenever necessary, and since the launch of the new site, they have experienced over a 30% increase in traffic.

Challenge Smart Design 2006, an engineering firm specializing in the maritime and power plant sectors, reached out to us for a tailor-made time management system designed to meet their unique operational requirements. They envisioned a tool that would enable their managers to effortlessly track task progress and manage employee workloads, while the engineering team needed access to details about their current assignments. Although they had previously utilized off-the-shelf applications, they opted for a custom solution to facilitate future integration with additional tools, ensuring a better alignment with the specific needs of projects in their field. The Process began with an analysis of various existing products that offered similar functionalities, conducted alongside a client representative. We identified several essential features that would constitute the minimum viable product. Key elements included a table-style task overview, customized task lists for employees, and notifications for job assignments. After our designer finalized a concept with the client, we assigned two developers to build the MVP. As development progressed, two more developers joined the team, allowing us to incorporate additional features based on user feedback, such as a Kanban view and the ability to attach files to tasks. We handled the entire process in-house, from design and prototyping to final structure agreement, followed by the development of the app's architecture and implementation, utilizing React and Node.js as the core technologies. The Results met all requirements set by Smart Design, and their employees now use the tool daily for new projects. Additionally, we developed a chat application to enhance the time management tool and are currently adding a task reporting service, with its MVP already completed.
