BrandExtract assisted in navigating these difficulties and facilitating transformation. To support Transocean's evolution, we established an office at their headquarters, enabling daily collaboration with key decision-makers. This close partnership helped us understand the essence of what Transocean offers, its values, and its significance. The first step was for Transocean to acknowledge its new circumstances and convey the authentic identity that had developed. This approach was essential for creating a brand that would invigorate employees, restore customer and shareholder trust, and renew confidence in the company. BrandExtract crafted a new strategy, mission, vision, and values, along with a new brand that effectively communicated Transocean’s true nature and potential to employees, customers, and the industry at large. The Boundless brand emerged from this process. We initially unveiled the brand internally through a series of launch events where the CEO engaged with Transocean’s 5,400 employees worldwide. We supported this launch with various materials, including executive presentations and a revamped corporate website. Additionally, BrandExtract assisted Transocean in publishing its inaugural ESG report well ahead of the current trend in environmental, social, and governance reporting.

BrandExtract initiated an agile brand assessment from the outset and completely revamped Millar’s brand platform. Instead of merely announcing their return, we devised a strategy to introduce a revitalized Millar, with branding that would inspire fresh energy and change perceptions. From the beginning, we recognized that altering market perceptions and enhancing the brand externally required us to first guide the company internally. We crafted a new mission, vision, and values to clarify Millar’s purpose. Over a decade later, we continue to support Millar in its efforts to innovate, transform, and expand. We have evolved from being a brand consultant to a genuine business partner, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Millar’s industry, and the company’s leadership now relies on us for insights that extend beyond branding.

For many years, Marco and APE Companies were strong competitors in the industrial supply industry. In 2020, both firms realized that uniting would make them more powerful. Instead of merging their existing brands, they opted to create an entirely new identity together. This is when BrandExtract became involved. We understood that effective branding would be essential for a seamless integration of the two companies. It was important to establish a brand that did not favor either legacy brand, so we set out to learn everything about both organizations. After exploring and evaluating hundreds of name options, we selected a clear winner: Allredi. We also crafted the new company’s tagline: Your right-now supplier. Allredi perfectly embodied this positioning, conveying to customers that whatever they needed for their operations, Allredi would take care of it. The launch was a tremendous success, revitalizing both teams and instilling a genuine sense of pride, agility, and new opportunities as a result of the merger. BrandExtract continues to support Allredi as it embarks on this new chapter.
