MAD was founded in 2023 by two passionate women, Mona and Nour, who aimed to bring innovative fitness to London. Within a year, MAD expanded to Mayfair's North Audley Street, offering not only the signature Lagree experience but also additional classes like Yoga and Barre, led by experts such as Paola's Body Barre. The studio further enhances well-being through services like Infrared Saunas, sports massages, assisted stretching, and personalized IV Drips. Today, MAD leads the Lagree Fitness movement in London, dedicated to evolving its offerings to improve mobility, flexibility, and endurance while fostering a supportive community committed to healthier lifestyles.
