Our Narrative We are Brand Doula, a small branding and website studio located in Lima, established by Katherine Neli and Maria Glazkova. Since our inception in 2020, we have leveraged over ten years of diverse experience across various industries—including law, entrepreneurship, environmental design, and marketing—to assist founders in refining their messaging, creating cohesive brand systems, and developing high-converting websites. Landeana

Landeana is a custom travel agency focused on creating immersive experiences in South America for luxury travelers looking for authenticity, cultural connections, and depth. When the founders enlisted the help of Brand Doula, they had a strong vision, but their branding was unclear and lacked emotional resonance. Our goal was to capture their philosophy of refined adventure and soulful exploration into a cohesive identity and online presence. We started with a comprehensive brand audit, examining their offerings, tone, and the competitive landscape among luxury travel brands in Peru, Argentina, and Chile. This analysis uncovered a disconnect between their outstanding service and a visual identity that failed to reflect that sophistication. Utilizing our Birth-to-Market framework, we repositioned Landeana around the concept of “conscious luxury,” framing each journey as a conversation between the traveler and the destination. The new branding features an elegant wordmark, a golden seal inspired by Andean geography, and a muted natural color palette that echoes local textures and landscapes. We crafted a messaging framework grounded in storytelling and emotional resonance, using calm, confident, and experiential language. Additionally, we guided the design and content structure of the website to ensure that the digital experience aligned with the brand's refined, slow-travel ethos. The key results included: cohesive positioning that appeals to high-end travelers, a visual identity that conveys exclusivity and trust, website content and user experience tailored for international audiences, and a brand foundation primed for marketing growth and partnerships.
