Brains & Beards

Brains & Beards was founded by two developers, Patryk and Wojtek, who met while working at a major German professional networking site. Seeking independence from the constraints of large organizations, they combined their shared principles and experiences to help others create superior digital products efficiently. Emphasizing consultancy, they focus on two key areas: assembling great teams by nurturing individual talents and refining workflows for continuous improvement. Embracing remote work, they recognize its challenges but highlight benefits like increased productivity and work-life balance. Their approach values intellectual curiosity and offers clients innovative solutions backed by deep experience. Brains & Beards symbolizes the fusion of creative problem-solving ('Brains'), seasoned wisdom ('Beards'), and practical execution ('Hands'), delivering reliable expertise that truly matters.
