After completing our strategic Brand Imprint process and identifying the core values of Ambassador Coffee, we developed a distinct identity that is lively, fun, and approachable. The updated logo and tagline, “At Your Service,” embody the essence of the company. Following the creation of the new messaging, identity, and applications, we guided Ambassador through our Customer Experience process. We collaborated with the staff and collected valuable feedback from customers, allowing us to identify areas of dissatisfaction and positive experiences. This information led to insights and recommendations that enhanced the way staff interact with and serve customers. After the rebranding, Ambassador experienced increased website engagement, greater visibility thanks to eye-catching van decals, and an overall rise in customer satisfaction—from the point of order to delivery day. Founded in 1948, the Saskatchewan Arts Board, currently known as SK Arts, holds the distinction of being the oldest public arts funding organization in North America. SK Arts offers grants, programs, and services to individuals and groups whose work influences the arts in Saskatchewan, ensuring that residents have access to diverse art forms. After guiding SK Arts through our strategic Brand Imprint initiative, we discovered a vibrant, quirky, and imaginative voice for the organization that was not previously conveyed through its existing platforms and materials. Upon further exploration, we created a completely new logo that embodies creativity while still upholding a professional demeanor. We then crafted updated print and digital formats for both internal and external purposes, culminating in a visually striking annual report.
