Schmalenbach

**The Request**: To revamp the website in order to better represent the brand’s identity, enhance user experience, and provide clear, pertinent information that helps users understand the brand, its values, and its offerings. **The Issues**: There is an inconsistent user experience caused by various homepage designs, uneven spacing between sections, and excessively long dropdown menus. Navigation is limited due to the lack of a search bar and an incomplete footer layout. Additionally, readability and content presentation suffer from small font sizes, few engaging visuals, and insufficient use of multimedia. The website's SEO is weak, with missing meta tags, low keyword density, and no Open Graph schema for link previews. Furthermore, there are security risks because the website is hosted on the default WordPress admin URL. **Our Strategy**: We envisioned a website that offers a seamless, high-quality experience reflecting the brand’s product—custom, sophisticated, and timeless. We implemented a cohesive, upscale homepage design featuring “Design Handmade in Germany” and highlighting Schmalenbach’s bespoke positioning. We incorporated immersive visuals, videos, and curated product galleries to emphasize craftsmanship and design quality. Navigation was streamlined through clear menus providing an intuitive and clutter-free user experience. We also enhanced storytelling surrounding the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and bespoke design, while supporting it with optimized SEO and improved product visibility. Furthermore, we bolstered technical performance through backend security enhancements and faster load times.

SieMatic

The Request: Optimize SieMatic's digital performance marketing to enhance lead generation, boost engagement, and broaden market reach, all while achieving measurable revenue growth. The Challenge: - Heavy reliance on a limited number of paid platforms, leading to increased costs and diminished returns - Absence of interactive tools made it difficult for customers to visualize kitchen solutions, resulting in lower conversion rates - Stagnation in lead generation and restricted digital presence beyond the primary market - Expanding into KSA and Oman necessitated a more focused and effective performance marketing strategy Our Strategy: - Implement a full-funnel approach with diversified platforms and enhanced user experience to engage new, high-value audiences by: - Utilizing Yandex Ads to reach Russian-speaking individuals looking for premium kitchen solutions - Attracting younger demographics through interactive content on Snapchat Ads - Launching an interactive kitchen catalog to facilitate customization before inquiries - Executing targeted campaigns in KSA and Oman with localized creatives and landing pages to drive conversions Results: The multi-channel strategy and customer-centric tactics resulted in: - A 31% increase in revenue compared to 2023 - A 53% increase in lead conversions - The interactive catalog minimized drop-offs and boosted qualified leads - Significant inbound growth in KSA and Oman - Increased lead volume and improved cost efficiency in new markets.

Frinton Farms

**The Request** Formerly called British Pumpkin Seed Oils, the brand aimed to raise awareness for its pumpkin seed oil and eventually branch out into other pumpkin-based products in the UK. They required a strategic market entry plan to effectively connect with the right audience. **The Challenge** The original name was lengthy, restrictive, and too focused on a single product. The packaging lacked visual appeal and did not convey the brand's premium image. The brand was nearly unknown in a market largely dominated by Austrian competitors. **Our Approach** We initiated the process by examining the market, audience behaviors, and emerging trends. As a result, we: - Conducted a comprehensive rebranding, creating a new name, identity, and visual style that matched the brand's ambitions. - Developed a messaging framework that highlighted the brand’s strengths and the benefits for customers. - Implemented a multi-channel marketing strategy across content, social media, and digital platforms. - Launched a new eCommerce site to reflect the updated brand identity and enhance the purchasing experience. - Positioned the brand as offering more than just a product, emphasizing values, lifestyle, and quality. **Results** Achieved substantial and sustained revenue growth and transaction increases in the second half of 2023 (the first six months after launch): - 302% increase in revenue within the initial six months post-launch. - 164% rise in transaction numbers. - Enhanced social engagement and awareness through targeted campaigns. - Positioned the brand competitively against established Austrian pumpkin oil brands in the UK market.
