About the Team
OUR STORY
Bonfire emerged not from traditional PR backgrounds but from the frustration of founders who had been burned by agencies. Without allegiance to conventional practices, Bonfire was crafted as the agency they wished existed. The team values intelligence, creativity, and interdisciplinary thinking over resumes or titles, assessing candidates through creativity tests focused on authentic storytelling. By rejecting legacy agency habits, Bonfire cultivates sharp, original thinking, wiring new hires with their unique approach from day one. They prioritize strategic, timely, and impactful storytelling tailored to clients' needs rather than chasing media cycles or reputations. Operating with an operator's mindset, Bonfire builds innovative solutions from scratch, committed to delivering results, not following the traditional playbook.
