Klarna reached out to us for assistance in organizing their Partners Day Event. They were looking for a digital solution that would allow them to maintain connections with their partners. In response, Bombora proposed a virtual event that aligned with Klarna's brand for an audience of 250-300 guests. We recommended a multi-room setup on a virtual event platform designed to engage participants in an exciting and memorable way that seamlessly blended the physical and virtual realms. Our event featured activities like unboxing experiences, TikTok dance classes, and celebrity bingo. The outcome was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees actively engaging and interacting throughout the day. Many shared their experiences on LinkedIn, describing the event as both entertaining and insightful. Klarna was thrilled with the results and decided to host two more virtual experiences: a virtual escape room and a Ted-style talk.

Due to the inability to hold their annual event, New Scientist Live, in person, New Scientist sought a digital alternative to transition their event online. They partnered with Bombora to create a virtual event experience that could replicate the excitement of a live gathering. Together with New Scientist, we organized “The Future of Food and Agriculture,” a one-day virtual event featuring a main stage, two themed stages, and various interactive opportunities for audience engagement. With more than 52 individual sessions available, participants could choose from a wide array of activities throughout the day, including live studio broadcasts and discussions with speakers. Additionally, New Scientist's sponsors had the opportunity to create their own rooms and conduct Q&A sessions with attendees, facilitating real-time interactions and enhancing their visibility. The outcomes were impressive, with total attendance surpassing 25,498 across all sessions and nearly 3,000 unique participants. New Scientist was thrilled with the event's success and their dedicated subscribers looked forward to future events in 2021.

Thomson Reuters offers professionals a range of products and services across the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, and media industries. Their legal division aimed to create high-quality live and on-demand content to be shared with lawyers bi-weekly. To assist in developing their concepts, they sought a specialized webinar agency, leading them to partner with Bombora. We started by conducting a variety of tests in the Bombora studio, trying out different formats and layouts. Following that, we held a number of development workshops with the client to design the webinar structure, exploring options such as Q&A sessions and live polls. Ultimately, the client chose three main webinar formats, and we designed various themes and studio backgrounds to provide each series with a unique appearance. The webinars have proven to be extremely successful. Our collaborative effort ensured that we delivered exactly what the client wanted and needed. To date, Bombora has produced more than 600 webinars for them.
