PC Construction aims to expand significantly by 2025, planning to establish 6 to 8 regional offices and increase its workforce to 700 employees. To accommodate this growth, the company required a new website to reflect its evolution. Bluehouse Group collaborated closely with PC Construction, guiding them through a series of exercises to clarify project goals and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. After grasping PC Construction's brand values and strategic objectives, we began creating new website concepts that featured a user-friendly content management system (CMS), a contemporary and adaptive design, an intuitive information structure, and an engaging content strategy.

NRG Systems

NRG had made several attempts to redesign their website before reaching out to Bluehouse Group for a complete overhaul. Despite being a successful company for 35 years, with new products and expansions into new markets, their website was a barrier to their progress. It generated very few sales leads and did not accurately represent their commitment to quality in terms of design and user experience. Additionally, updating the site was a challenging and time-consuming task for NRG's internal team. Recognizing the need for a more efficient website that better reflected their business, NRG sought a partner to help them achieve sustainable digital solutions aligned with their ambitious growth objectives. Bluehouse collaborated with NRG's sales and marketing teams to gain insights into customer behavior during product searches. We also engaged with the IT department to gather all relevant product information. From there, we designed product pages to clearly present essential information and crafted the user experience to encourage users to request price quotes. As NRG, like many manufacturers of technical products, does not disclose pricing, they aimed to enhance qualified leads through account sign-ups and quote requests from the website. The results of this new integrated website were immediately beneficial for all stakeholders within NRG's ecosystem.

Weeks before launching the new website, the global pandemic struck, causing a shift in priorities towards urgent digital needs. As a precursor to the larger project, Bluehouse Group collaborated with VCF to swiftly establish the Vermont COVID Response Fund website, enabling support to critical areas facing urgent challenges. This COVID Response site served as a strong foundation for the upcoming website. VCF staff became familiar with a new, user-friendly Content Management System (CMS), giving them a head start in redesigning the full VCF website. Bluehouse Group partnered closely with the VCF team, offering advice on how to streamline content and create intuitive navigation, ensuring users felt oriented from any entry point on the site. With the launch of the new VCF site, it became easy not only for the public to access crucial information but also for staff and partner programs to find everything they needed through a newly organized impact section that highlighted the tangible benefits of the funds in the community. The site also addressed administrative tasks, simplifying processes that used to be time-consuming, such as adding new employees. VCF acknowledges that their work means the website will always be a work in progress, but they greatly appreciate the ongoing partnership with Bluehouse, which was a major factor in their decision to choose us over other developers.
