THE REQUEST As the program was launched, Grammarly’s marketing team identified the need for additional creative assistance to develop a collection of resources that would clearly convey the program’s unique value proposition and services to its target audiences. The Partner Program required its own identity while still being affiliated with the Grammarly brand. 2. THE OBSTACLE One of the primary challenges the Blue Meta team confronted was that the main Grammarly brand was undergoing a rebranding process simultaneously. As one team member remarked, “We were constructing the plane while flying it.” It was crucial for the Partner Program brand to be presented in the correct context along with the updated Grammarly brand. 3. THE APPROACH Given the immediate need for Partner Program assets, the team initially concentrated on creating graphic elements that were inspired by the original brand. They recognized that a shift would be necessary once the new brand was finalized. To address the initial requirements, a Partner Program logo and associated assets were created. After the new Grammarly brand was established, updated brand guidelines were sent to the Blue Meta team for their review and application. Subsequently, a new logo and brand materials for the Partner Program were designed. Throughout this process, the team also continued to support Grammarly's new initiatives as they introduced new content to their partners. 4. A GENUINE WIN-WIN The ongoing management of Partner Program creative requests has been handled efficiently, strengthening the relationship between the Grammarly and Blue Meta teams. This system enables smooth collaboration and communication among all team members while facilitating proofing and revision cycles, consolidating feedback, and recognizing the various assets being produced.

Inspiring Customers With a Sustainability Report

Grand & Toy

Grand & Toy approached us to create a sustainability report that would prominently feature their corporate accomplishments and culture, centered around three key themes: People, Prosperity, and Planet. They also aimed to highlight their achievements in areas such as social initiatives and supplier diversity, with the primary objective of establishing Grand & Toy as a valuable partner for small businesses in achieving their sustainability objectives. 1. THE CHALLENGE Our creative team faced a significant challenge: prior sustainability reports from Grand & Toy had been over 40 pages long. Reducing the report to just eight pages required a seamless collaboration between writing and design to deliver effective results. The report needed to resemble a sell sheet or brochure, limiting the space available for detailed information and explanations. 2. THE SOLUTION To effectively convey the message, we focused on concise, impactful writing paired with striking visuals and infographics. Short, engaging snippets of information were essential, along with the inclusion of key statistics and highlighted points. Additionally, the digital report incorporated interactive elements, featuring live links that directed customers to specific sections of the Grand & Toy website for further insights. 3. THE RESULT The final outcome was a concise and well-organized report that successfully showcased Grand & Toy’s sustainability achievements from the previous year. Designed for both digital and print formats, the report emphasized tailored solutions to illustrate the significant advantages for small businesses working with Grand & Toy. It also provided valuable insights into the company’s commitment to community engagement, workforce diversity, and overall social responsibility, enhancing the report's uplifting and inspiring message.

**THE CHALLENGE** Orion Engineering's comprehensive understanding of client needs gave them a significant edge over competitors, positioning them favorably for new business opportunities. Recognizing this, management decided to develop a more refined and professional brand to be integrated into their marketing efforts. **THE SOLUTION** The messaging strategy needed to communicate several vital points to the audience, particularly emphasizing the transferability of education and experience across various industries. The visual aspects had to be both inspiring and professional, featuring intriguing angles, composition, and lighting. By incorporating both candid and posed photos of employees and groups, the brand adopted a more relatable feel.
