Cozy Cuisine
Cozy Cuisine is a company focused on the production and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods. The brand operates in Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Romania, with its products available in well-known European retail stores. The company is swiftly broadening its product range, with flour now taking center stage among its diverse offerings of sweets, snacks, baked goods, teas, and other delectable items.
Our objective was to design packaging for a flour product line meant for three markets: Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, with plans to expand to other European countries. This required us to create a neutral design that avoids cultural motifs specific to any one tradition while still standing out from conventional packaging and highlighting the product.
The product line included two types of flour: type 450 (coarse grind suitable for baking cookies, cakes, croissants, etc.) and type 405 (fine wheat flour of medium grind for soft muffins and cakes). It was essential to differentiate these two types clearly and effectively convey their intended uses to consumers. Therefore, we employed a two-tier differentiation approach using color and images of the finished products that could be made from each flour type.
As a side note, Cozy Cuisine flour is already available in European retailers such as Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, and Penny. This marks an important milestone for promoting Ukrainian design globally and presents a fantastic opportunity for us to broaden our reach. We will soon share more projects featuring Cozy Cuisine!
