Digital management of the event Aostae2025
The project began with no followers on Instagram and a goal to convey 2,050 years of the city's history. After ten months, the account grew to 5,074 followers, achieving a remarkable 528% increase. In July, the community expanded by 112%, adding 1,431 new followers in just one week, largely due to a teaser campaign featuring the phrase "Don't follow us if...". Over 80% of those engaged during this time were new users, who were introduced to the city for the first time through the content. The total views on Instagram and TikTok reached 1.2 million. The cost-per-click on Meta advertisements remained between €0.16 and €0.26, compared to the industry standard of €0.45 for similar institutional communication. In August, the website attracted 7,000 unique visitors, with an average visit duration of 3 to 4 minutes, while 94,000 unique users interacted through paid channels at optimal efficiency. Aostae 2025 is the institutional initiative led by the Comune di Aosta and Regione Autonoma Valle d'Aosta to commemorate 2,050 years since the city's establishment. The complexity of the task encompassed more than just content creation; Bliss acted as a central coordination point for various public entities with differing decision-making processes, timelines, and communication goals. This involved managing advisory functions, brand identity, Instagram and TikTok content, Meta advertising, and a website featuring an interactive calendar, booking system, and live streaming center, as well as engaging 5,000 digital ambassadors across the region. Ultimately, this effort resulted in a digital infrastructure designed to endure beyond the event, supporting the city’s cultural positioning for years to come.
