In this project, we assisted the Technical University of Cluj Napoca by developing a digital registry module. This module allows for the creation of statements or requests on the JobRouter platform, which then undergo an internal approval process. We customized the application to meet their specific requirements for travel requests and purchase requisitions. The accompanying infographic displays the number of documents that were digitized, the amount of paper conserved, and the kilometers or hours saved during the first year of the workflow digitization.

The client, a production company with 200 staff members, sought to refresh their server infrastructure without experiencing any downtime. Their critical services included a file server, DNS server, print server, and domain controller. We upgraded their infrastructure by implementing a new server and a NAS backup solution in three phases, as illustrated in the graphic, to ensure that their services remained operational throughout the migration process.

Fast and efficient incident response after ransomware attack

In April 2020, a ransomware attack encrypted our client's file server, disrupting their operations. The accompanying timeline infographic illustrates our engineers' response to the incident and the swift recovery of the data, enabling us to restore the server to functionality. Remarkably, within just 6 hours, we eliminated the ransomware, retrieved the data, and got the server operational again, all without the client needing to pay the ransom.
