Portfolio

Jewellery ERP & E-commerce Platform

Unknown

We created a tailored Jewellery ERP system to oversee inventory, plating, purity, beadwork, and sales across multiple branches. This solution also featured an integrated e-commerce platform for international jewellery customers, complete with secure online payment options. The ERP enhanced operational efficiency, minimized manual errors, and offered real-time visibility. **Challenge:** The client encountered issues with the manual management of inventory and sales across various branches, which led to delays and mistakes. **Solution:** We developed a .NET Core + MySQL ERP system equipped with modules for inventory, purity, plating, and accounting. Additionally, a Flutter mobile application was created for store personnel, along with a React.js e-commerce website for processing online orders. **Results:** Manual errors decreased by 70%, online sales surged by 50% within six months, inventory visibility improved across branches, and customer satisfaction increased thanks to online access. **Technologies Used:** .NET Core, MySQL, Flutter, React.js, Payment Gateway.

Transport ERP & Tracking Platform

Unknown

We created an ERP system for transportation aimed at optimizing truck bookings, freight management, real-time tracking, and financial settlements. This solution featured a GPS-based tracking system that provided live updates, integrated bidding options for transporters, and automated freight calculations. It accommodated both ad-hoc and contract bookings, offering flexibility for logistics firms. The client faced challenges such as delays and operational inefficiencies due to manual truck assignments, absence of live tracking, and complicated freight calculations. To address these issues, we developed a .NET Core and SQL Server ERP system with modules dedicated to truck booking, freight settlement, bidding, and payment tracking. Additionally, a Flutter mobile application was designed for drivers to provide live location updates, while a React.js dashboard was introduced for administrators to oversee all operations. We also included automated reports and alerts for improved transparency. The results included a 60% reduction in booking processing time, a 90% increase in freight calculation accuracy, enhanced visibility of the client’s transporter network through live tracking, and strengthened customer trust with real-time delivery updates. The technologies employed were .NET Core, SQL Server, Flutter, React.js, WebSocket, and GPS API.

Jewellery E-commerce Website & Mobile App

Unknown

We developed a tailored e-commerce platform for custom jewellery, featuring web and mobile applications to assist a multi-branch retailer in reaching global customers. The platform boasted functionalities such as real-time inventory synchronization, secure payment gateway integration, and customized product catalogs. It effectively supported both B2B and B2C processes for managing wholesale partners and individual customers. The challenge we faced was that the client’s previous online store was obsolete, lacked mobile compatibility, and struggled to manage complex jewellery specifications, including purity, weight, stone details, and pricing. Our solution entailed creating a storefront using React.js and Next.js, complemented by Flutter mobile applications for both iOS and Android. A .NET Core backend with MySQL powered the catalogue, inventory, and order management functions. We also integrated payment solutions from Stripe and PayPal, alongside implementing SEO optimization for enhanced online visibility. The results were significant: online sales surged by 65% within the first six months, mobile app downloads exceeded 5,000 within three months, improved order tracking and faster checkout reduced cart abandonment rates by 40%, and customer engagement was boosted through push notifications and promotional offers. Technologies utilized included React.js, Next.js, Flutter, .NET Core, MySQL, Stripe, and PayPal.
