LUXVT provides digitally-oriented marketing platforms for many luxury real estate agents worldwide. The LUXVT leadership aimed to utilize their extensive database of agents more effectively for client browsing, which led to the decision to create an exclusive directory for real estate agents. Collaborating with the LUXVT leadership, we designed and built this directory platform to highlight LUXVT real estate members as elite and easily accessible. Throughout the 16-week project, the Bizop team created mockups, developed the website's code, established a user-friendly onboarding process, and launched the directory for LUXVT's over 10,000 members. **The Challenge** In the luxury real estate sector, agents face significant pressure to deliver resources and materials that showcase their upscale listings. This is where our California-based clients at LUXVT come in, as they specialize in creating and distributing marketing materials for luxury real estate agents globally. LUXVT encountered an issue where their website's user experience did not align with the high-quality brand they represented. The website's confusing layout contributed to an overall unpleasant user experience, which did not properly reflect the luxury marketing services they provided. This prompted our team to devise an elegant solution. **The Solution** Our design team recognized the need to create a website that was easy to navigate while also embodying a sense of luxury. As a trusted resource for luxury real estate agents, the new website needed to meet LUXVT’s clients' needs promptly and efficiently, enabling the creation of high-quality content for luxury property listings. The old website’s clutter and confusion had to be eliminated, and LUXVT was eager to accept our proposed solution: a custom WordPress theme for their website, along with enhancements to their code and WordPress implementation to ensure a seamless user experience. **The Result** Ultimately, we successfully rolled out a fully customizable WordPress theme featuring over 10 pages, a personalized blog, and more than 20 custom branded content blocks. With the assistance of Bizop, we enhanced the overall aesthetic and navigation of the site, allowing real estate agents to sign up and list their luxury properties effortlessly.

M.A.D. Email Marketing

Challenge: M.A.D. Furniture, a furniture manufacturer based in Asia with its assembly operations in Southern China, creates contemporary and innovative furniture tailored for modern urban lifestyles. To better connect with their 1,500 customers, they aimed to share an inside look at their manufacturing process through a distinctive email campaign featuring a “behind the scenes” video. Solution: Bizop collaborated with M.A.D. Furniture to integrate these elements into a cohesive email campaign. Our team developed a custom email design and managed the entire process from development to implementation and publication. The newsletter included A/B tested subject lines, an interactive GIF, and exclusive messaging to enhance open and click-through rates.
