Bicom Systems is a global telecommunications software company founded in 2004. It has expanded its operations and now employs over 140 people worldwide, with offices in locations such as Sarajevo, Tuzla, Zenica, London, Canada, France, the UK, South Africa, and the USA. Our teams develop, distribute, and maintain comprehensive unified communications software solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, Call Centers, and especially Service Providers. Currently, our clients utilize our virtualization platform, SERVERware, and our PBX system, PBXware, in more than 10,000 unique instances. Our VoIP phone and application solutions, including Meeting, gloCOM GO, and gloCOM, serve over 1,000,000 end users, facilitating more than 10,000,000 calls and meetings daily.
