We are now focusing on bug fixes, optimization, and product streamlining, with plans for them to concentrate on specific code segments moving forward. We anticipate having them develop all foreseeable new features in the coming years and integrate these into our existing dynamic modules. **TEAM COMPOSITION** What does the team look like? We collaborate with a team of four professionals from BGO Software, including a frontend developer, a backend developer, and a project manager. A QA specialist verifies and assesses all developers' work before deployment to clients. Having this comprehensive team has greatly benefitted us, as similar service providers typically assign only one developer, whose skill level can vary. **PARTNERSHIP WITH BGO SOFTWARE** How did you come to collaborate with BGO Software? I searched for a suitable partner for an extended period with little success until I discovered BGO Software through a recommendation. They had experience working with well-known Swiss corporations. After reaching out to previous clients to inquire about the team’s approach and the likelihood of continued partnerships, I contacted BGO Software. We began our partnership earlier this year, with our project still underway. BGO Software has rewritten the code, successfully recalibrating and enhancing our existing dashboards. They have developed external components for integration into our software. They excelled at creating the KPI dashboard, which visualizes the data clients input into our application's database. Since launching the new version of our software with expanded features, we have seen significant interest from potential customers, and our current users have reported high levels of satisfaction. We plan to progressively extend our partnership as we move forward with larger efforts into 2019. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE** How did BGO Software perform in terms of project management? In addition to our regular weekly calls, I have a dedicated contact for any unexpected issues. They prioritize my inquiries and either provide a response or give a timeframe for resolution. Working with the same individual, regardless of the issue type, has streamlined our communication and allows developers to focus on their daily tasks. BGO Software maintains significant transparency in their work. I have access to their Jira account, which I use to monitor progress in alignment with our weekly project meetings. They document everything efficiently, allowing me to easily track each phase and ensure all assigned tasks are completed. I appreciated having opportunities for in-person meetings, given their proximity to other clients in Basel. These face-to-face interactions helped us determine the best ways to cooperate. **IMPRESSION OF BGO SOFTWARE** What impressed you most about them? The quality and personalized service offered by BGO Software stand out. I value the consistent engagement from their entire team, from the CEO to individual developers. While their speed of delivery could improve, it is primarily influenced by our internal processes and goals. We work effectively together, continually seeking ways to enhance our collaboration’s efficiency. While we have improved our speed over time, I would like to see an increase in our pace.
