A credit reporting platform was created by taking into account feedback from long-term customers. When our client began developing the technology for soft credit inquiries in 2017, their primary focus was the auto industry. Anyone who has financed a car through a dealership knows that the process can be quite lengthy. Car buyers typically want to quickly find out the payment amounts for specific financing options. Usually, the dealer conducts a hard inquiry on the buyer's credit and submits a credit application to determine the payment amounts. This often leads to a lot of back-and-forth communication on the dealership side, only to discover that the payments may not be accurate. Alternatively, some buyers may refuse to undergo a hard inquiry when they only want to know the payment details. This is where Soft Pull originated; they aimed to address the issue by accelerating the sales cycle for auto dealers. To tackle this challenge, they introduced soft pulls. Services include Product Strategy, Product Engineering, Operational Automation, and Team Augmentation.

As demand grew, the manual task of reconciling payments between Stripe and HubSpot—a static database—was proving inadequate. To sustain growth, the company needed to optimize its operations. This led to the development of CLAS/CORE, a product designed to automate processes and facilitate communication among the various individual products, thereby clarifying operations.
