About: Shalom Tzvi Shore is a hypnotherapist operating his own private practice called Navya Hypnosis. His sessions, which last 90 minutes, are more emotionally immersive than standard talk therapy, requiring clients to keep their eyes closed as Shalom leads them through a structured emotional experience. Challenge: Shalom had a distinctive vision with great potential, yet lacked a solid brand strategy. Our task was to enhance and express the Navya Hypnosis brand, ensuring it stood out while preserving its core essence and building a stronger sense of community. Goals: Identify the target audience, develop brand positioning, outline brand values, and create a tone of voice. Solution: Through research and client interviews, we discovered that Shalom’s methods are particularly effective for individuals aiming to overcome deep-seated trauma, where traditional therapy often falls short and feels prolonged with minimal progress. These clients were searching for an alternative and found that Navya Hypnosis offered the innovative solution they needed. Focused on equipping individuals with tools to ease their suffering rather than just "fixing" them, we gained valuable insights into how Shalom facilitates impactful self-guided work within a safe space for vulnerability. What We Did: Based on these insights, we developed a brand strategy that clarified Navya Hypnosis's unique position in the market, which blends aspects of therapy, coaching, and wellness. We established a new brand positioning and language for Navya to better resonate with their audience and support business growth. Positioning: Navya Hypnosis serves as an alternative therapy for those discontent with traditional approaches and who are brave enough to pursue a more impactful healing method. Brand values: Empowerment, teamwork, aspirational thinking, and authenticity. Tone of voice: Clear, hopeful, visionary, and relatable.

Overview: The client is a luxury travel agency focused on group adventures for the LGBTQIA+ community. After a series of successful trips and a strong desire to expand, the client aimed to elevate their business. Challenge: Filled with ambition and excitement, the client approached us with the objective of making their unique travel experiences available to a wider audience. We pondered how to assist in scaling the business and increasing sales while remaining true to the client’s core identity. Objectives: Develop and Differentiate the Brand, Raise Awareness, Boost Sales, Scale the Business. What We Did: By engaging in discussions with past travelers, we pinpointed the main attractions of the client’s trips and discerned which aspects of the brand resonated with the audience, identifying new opportunities. Positioning: The Spirit of Exploration. Core Message: Experience the world differently. Embrace individuality. Brand Values: Passion, Inspiration, Connection, Community, Quality, Delight. Tone of Voice: Passionate, Bold, Adventurous, Alluring, Warm, Welcoming, Respectful, Relatable, Professional, Informative, Knowledgeable, Helpful. Solution: We expanded the target audience to create a more inclusive experience through updated messaging and visual identity that resonates with the LGBTQIA+ community. To foster trust, we emphasized partnerships with well-known companies and enhanced media exposure. Concurrently, we streamlined the online booking process and introduced engagement elements during the interval between booking and the trip to generate excitement and foster a sense of community.

President’s Council Retreat 2022

Objective: Develop visual branding for the President’s Council Retreat that embodies the retreat's theme, “This is Ours,” while staying consistent with Momentum’s overarching identity. Aims: Foster a sense of community, create an engaging experience, and utilize Momentum as a foundation for addressing significant challenges in the Jewish community. Approach: We established a sub-brand for the President's Council Retreat that seamlessly incorporates the President's Council into the Momentum logo in a sophisticated and timeless style. What We Accomplished: Along with assisting in event coordination, we put together a mood board, color scheme, and visual guidelines to effectively convey the tone and message of the President’s Council Retreat. Using this refreshed visual identity, we designed and developed the necessary event materials and website.
