Founded in 1986 in The Netherlands, Bakon Equipment BV has established itself as a prominent international provider specializing in advanced technologies for the bakery, pastry, and chocolate industries. To better serve North American clients, Bakon USA Food Equipment® was launched in 1991 and is based in Southern California. By the mid-2000s, the company began local production, and in 2008, relocated to Torrance, Los Angeles, where it opened a comprehensive showroom for demonstrations, training, and professional events. Over the years, Bakon USA® has expanded its offerings, introducing OCF refrigerated displays in 2015, partnering to distribute Somengil’s Multiwashers in 2022, and becoming an Irinox distributor for bakeries in 2025. Celebrating milestones of 25 and 30 years, the company remains committed to supporting food professionals worldwide.
