The Bakery is a video production studio based in Brisbane that specializes in documentary-style content for government, corporate, and purpose-driven organizations across Australia. Our focus includes stakeholder engagement films, impact documentaries, internal culture narratives, recruitment videos, and community storytelling series. We assist organizations in conveying complex initiatives, building trust with stakeholders, and connecting with their key audiences. Our method is journalistic and prioritizes the human experience. We do not script our subjects or stage scenes; instead, we apply a documentary approach that allows real stories to unfold through careful direction and genuine storytelling, resulting in authentic and impactful work. Founded in 2014 by Simon and Stacey Baker, The Bakery has completed projects throughout Queensland, Tasmania, New South Wales, and Victoria. Our clients include Business Events Tasmania, the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth (ARACY), TasGas, along with various government agencies, non-profits, and educational institutions.
