Driven by a strong commitment to excellence, B&B Food Services is a family-owned, woman-led business that aims to serve as an extension of food brands' supply chains. Their management team is certified in HACCP and SQF and is ready to assist. B & B Food Services provides USDA-inspected, FDA-certified supply chain solutions that prioritize safe food handling. Their HACCP-certified team oversees various temperature-controlled storage and packing rooms, maintaining conditions of ambient, -10°F, 44°F, and 30°F, along with a fleet of refrigerated trucks for deliveries and pickups.

About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 2006 by restaurateur Baldomero Barrios with just one truck, B & B Food Services began by supporting his growing chain of Mexican restaurants from a modest warehouse in Lockport, Illinois. In 2008, his daughter Jennifer, a recent University of Illinois graduate, joined him, and together they expanded the business into a specialized food distributor serving the Chicagoland area daily. As demand increased, they recognized the lack of a flexible food service facility in Chicago capable of meeting diverse food warehousing needs beyond their restaurant clients. Identifying this gap, they chose to create their own facility, demonstrating their commitment to innovation and comprehensive service in the food distribution industry.
