OUR STORY
Founded in Switzerland by Stefan Muff and Dr. Uli Sigg, Axon Active began as a solution to digital transformation challenges by providing flexible, affordable software development. In 2008, CEO Markus Baur established the first team in Ho Chi Minh City, capitalizing on Vietnam's talent and culture. The company expanded across Vietnam with offices in Da Nang and Can Tho, further growing its expertise and community initiatives such as the Scrum Breakfast and DevDay Da Nang events. By 2015, Axon Active had global reach with a San Francisco office. Recent years saw expansions and modernization in Vietnam and Switzerland, with Axon Active recognized repeatedly as a top IT workplace.
