AivaTek addressed various issues we had with our previous website by redesigning it. This included conducting market research on competitor technologies, designing the user flow, and producing the final product. We are very pleased with their service and plan to continue with their maintenance support. ### SOLUTION How did you choose this vendor, and what factors influenced your decision? I discovered their team through an online search. Please detail the scope of work, including project steps, key deliverables, and technologies utilized. They redesigned our online store, which led to a noticeable increase in our organic traffic following the launch of the new site. ### TEAM How many individuals from the vendor’s team collaborated with you, and what roles did they have? Their project manager oversaw the entire project. ### RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you provide any measurable results from the project or general thoughts on the deliverables? We experienced up to a 20% increase in traffic after implementing the changes. Describe their project management approach, including the communication tools used and adherence to timelines.
