Rusty Pile, the visionary CEO of Avenue 25 founded in 1991, brings over 35 years of expertise in marketing, sales, branding, and digital strategies including SEO and SEM. Before establishing Avenue 25, he held key advertising and marketing roles at Best Western International, Pepsi Cola, and an agency managing automotive and financial accounts. Rusty has crafted national sales programs for major hotel chains and the American Automobile Association, earning accolades in advertising and creative campaigns. With academic foundations in marketing, communications, and psychology from the University of Hawaii and University of Arizona, he balances leadership with community involvement, coaching, and outdoor pursuits. Rusty values helping others, continuous learning, and surrounding himself with positive influences, guiding both his personal and professional journey.

Bryce Fastener produces the most secure screws, nuts, and bolts in the world. When we began our partnership several years ago, their website was outdated and they only appeared on Google searches for their brand name. Additionally, the site was not driving any sales, so they depended heavily on their external sales team for orders. After creating a new website for them, we started optimizing it to compete with major players like Amazon, Home Depot, Fastenal, and Lowe's. Within a few months, we started to gain traction with some less common keywords. A year later, we achieved top 3 rankings for about a third of our 100 targeted keywords. Currently, they are on the first page for all their keywords, ranking in the top 3 for half of them and securing the #1 position for a third. We have outperformed all competitors on critical and frequently searched phrases, such as "security screws." We then focused on creating pages for "featured snippets," where we also rank #1 for most content. Today, their website accounts for the majority of their sales. They have expanded to additional facilities, employed more staff, and now only require one or two salespeople who primarily handle inquiries from calls and lead forms generated through the website.

MD Helicopters

MD Helicopters originated from McDonnell Douglas and approached us seeking both marketing services and web development. They also required assistance with enhancing their branding on the website. We collaborated closely with MD's executive team and IT department to integrate the site with various company databases for essential features. During our discovery phase, we learned that pilots have a strong affinity for MD Helicopters due to their ease of use and familiarity. Additionally, the company has a unique patented tail stabilization system known as NOTAR. Further investigation revealed that while some pilots may own helicopters, the majority are owned by corporations, and the final buying decisions are often made by the corporate pilot. Until this point, marketing efforts had primarily targeted higher-ups in the corporate hierarchy. It became clear that understanding the right audience for our messaging was crucial, as pilots prioritize different qualities than corporate executives. Consequently, we adopted a pilot-focused strategy. MD conducted interviews with various pilots to learn about their favorite aircraft features and requested photos of them. In our studio, we created dynamic scenes of the helicopters in action and included a striking photo of each pilot alongside their testimonial at the bottom of each image. These compelling visuals were featured prominently on the homepage carousel, making it easier for pilots to imagine themselves in those situations and encouraging potential sales through genuine pilot testimonials. Working with MD Helicopters was an exhilarating experience, and we loved our visits to their airfield!

Bryce Fastener Website

Bryce Security Fastener specializes in the design and manufacturing of highly secure screws, nuts, and bolts that are nearly impossible to tamper with. Unlike standard security fasteners available in most hardware stores, these products are tailored to the specific needs of each client, with unique security head shapes for everyone. The specialized heads and corresponding driver bits function similarly to a lock and key. Their customer base includes governmental and military entities, equipment manufacturers globally, prisons, manufacturers of credit card terminals, universities, and more. The challenge they faced was standing out from ordinary security screws, as many overlooked their advanced features just by their initial appearance. Their website resembled that of a typical screw distributor, which added to the confusion. To address this identity issue, they sought our assistance. We rebranded the company and created new marketing materials, including a more dynamic website that reflected the high status of their products. We introduced the tagline "Manufacturer of the World's Most Secure Fasteners" to better emphasize their unique offerings. The redesigned site allowed for a tailored user experience, guiding visitors through tailored pathways based on their interests and leading to strong leads. To showcase their products effectively, we produced 3D models that provided varying perspectives and controlled lighting, surpassing what is possible with standard photography. Additionally, we created an intuitive fastener creation tool, equipping the Bryce sales team with nearly ready leads for pricing. Now, their website has transformed into their primary lead generation platform, significantly increasing its contribution to their overall business.
