Avarchar Technologies Pvt Ltd

Avarchar Technologies developed a sophisticated knowledge base chatbot tailored for an internal sales team to streamline information access. By integrating the chatbot within the existing Webex environment using Webex APIs, the solution ensured seamless communication. The company leveraged a serverless, cost-effective architecture on AWS, employing API Gateway, Lambda functions, and ECS containers to process queries dynamically and store data efficiently with ChromaDB. Security was enhanced through load balancers segregating application and database layers. This architecture achieved scalability to accommodate growing user demands while minimizing costs. The end result was improved user satisfaction, faster information retrieval, and increased productivity for the sales team, showcasing Avarchar Technologies’ commitment to innovative, secure, and efficient solutions.
