Cloud Services supports financial services’ digitalization in Africa.
Cloud Services and Bank of Africa are developing a marketplace that incorporates credit services seamlessly with the bank's platform. This will allow customers to choose specific products (e.g., from categories like household appliances and consumer electronics), finance their purchases through consumer credit, and later pick up the items at a retail location. Cloud Services will handle the creation and upkeep of the shopping and financial systems. Measures and procedures have been established to guarantee the platform's functionality and security, including its integration with the banking system and systems for SMS/email communications, document management, and administrative functions such as uploading pre-scoring files (credit limits for individual customers), managing product inventories, overseeing processes, communications, and content.
