Ernst & Young

Our computer vision solution significantly improved the overall quality of images, ensuring that every photo captured is clear and legible for validation purposes later. We developed a mobile-friendly web application to manage parking at the EY Budapest headquarters, which is utilized by hundreds of individuals each day. The app efficiently assists visitors in locating available parking spots while also easing the workload for facility and administrative staff. It gathers data on parking capacity usage, which can be leveraged to create additional value. The application offers a range of features, including management of fixed and visitor parking spaces, the ability to make pre-reservations for larger groups, and the option for admins to swap reserved spots.

Applicant tracking system for recruitment agency

WHC Recruitment

Attrecto collaborated with WHC, a prominent recruitment agency in Hungary, to create a robust and tailored Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and employee management platform. This solution aimed to streamline recruitment and HR processes across four countries while integrating smoothly with the client’s business intelligence tool, Power BI. **Project Objectives & Challenges** The client faced an urgent situation as their existing ATS was approaching the end of its license, necessitating a swift shift to a more secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform. The project required stringent adherence to quality standards and deadlines to maintain continuous service for HR teams and applicants. **Our Solution** Attrecto provided a customized, scalable system that replaced the outdated infrastructure with a secure and future-ready solution. **Key Benefits & Results** The new system has enabled WHC to respond to changing workforce needs with flexibility and accuracy, ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with internal quality standards.

IT chatbot for internal use for BKK

Centre for Budapest Transport (BKK)

Preparation and support for implementing solutions based on Large Language Models The chatbot is built on Attrecto's core AI-Assistant system, which we developed using Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and tailored to meet the needs of BKK. This bot utilizes the LLM model hosted on Azure. Users can access the chatbot through SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Administrators have access to statistics on the number of questions asked daily, the correct and incorrect responses from the system as reported by users, unanswered questions, and the source of inquiries from either Teams or SharePoint. Administrators can also edit and synchronize the chatbot's knowledge base documents in real time. Key Features: The system is currently optimized for IT-related inquiries and supports docx and PDF formats, with plans for future enhancements.
