The initial stage of data preprocessing includes correcting the background using Chebyshev or power series polynomial fitting, as well as empirical methods. It also involves peak detection through peak top or second derivative techniques, fitting using Migrad or Levenberg-Marquardt minimization algorithms, and refinement through a Bayesian approach to correct for mistakenly merged or split peaks and eliminate artifacts from peak detection. All data and pertinent operations are organized in a tree structure, facilitating an overview of the entire framework and allowing users to select specific nodes for detailed review and editing. Additionally, the application supports browsing through materials databases using predefined or custom filters. It employs a "shell-module" structure, enabling each module to enhance the global tree with unique nodes, operations, and settings, thus allowing for independent development and deployment of modules.
