IMC ranks among the top 10 agricultural firms in Ukraine. In May 2011, the company went public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It has shown impressive growth and swift expansion into new international markets. In 2017, IMC celebrated its 10th anniversary and initiated a rebranding effort to align with a fresh vision: to become the world's leading agricultural company for investors, employees, clients, and the community. The rebranding aimed to showcase the company's innovation and new strategy, adopting the updated name IMC Innovations + Management + Commitment. We established a market position centered around the new brand strategy and the assertion that “IMC is an innovator in the agricultural sector.” The brand identity needed to convey the company's leadership and its commitment to responsible business practices in relation to people and the environment. Our primary challenge was to develop an image that represented both cutting-edge agricultural technologies and the rich traditions of Ukrainian farming. The main graphic element of the new logo design is a stylized ancient Slavic symbol of fertile land—a rhombus with a dot in the center—representing accurate farming, a state-of-the-art approach in the field. The logo features dark blue and red, echoing the traditional Ukrainian color palette of black and red, with bright yellow-green added to create a lively contrast. We produced a brand book outlining how to implement the new corporate style across various platforms, including documents, brochures, machinery, interior design, professional attire, outdoor advertising, merchandise, and website design. RuptureSeal™ is a series of products aimed at simplifying the process of stopping and cleaning up leaks in commercial, industrial, and personal settings. Utilizing a newly patented technology, RuptureSeal™ effectively seals breaches and prevents damage, thus protecting the environment and saving lives. To advance the business, the company has decided to implement a new positioning strategy and develop a modern brand identity for RuptureSeal™, which has been on the market for several years. Our objective was to provide a brand strategy and creative design concept for RuptureSeal™, informed by an analysis of past business activities and marketing efforts. The refined positioning strategy and contemporary brand design aims to help RuptureSeal™ discover the most effective promotional channels to reach its target audience and enhance brand awareness in the market. We crafted a brand positioning strategy and marketing plan for RuptureSeal™, which included a complete rebranding of its identity, logo design, product enhancements, new packaging designs, stickers, a key visual, a fresh marketing slogan (STOP A LEAK DRY), and the creation of three landing pages with special offers aimed at the industrial segments of potential markets. Our design team developed a modern, simple two-color graphic design concept for RuptureSeal™'s marketing, employing standard safety colors: orange and black. The new packaging design showcases a distinctive brand style with minimal information and maximum focus on the product, clearly conveying its message. To illustrate how RuptureSeal™ functions, we produced a brief video for the landing pages and social media channels. Given the product's uniqueness, the short video demonstration is essential for effective marketing communication, aiming to generate interest in RuptureSeal™ and highlight the ease of use.

RESTGU™ (Restaurant Staff Guide)

RESTGU™ is an innovative solution for the restaurant industry offering online education, testing, and certification. Prior to launching the brand, we conducted thorough research and a comprehensive marketing analysis to shape our strategy for introducing this new product to the market. Our findings revealed several potential competitors in the online restaurant training sector. Our task was to establish a brand identity, marketing approach, and model that would enable RESTGU™ to differentiate itself through a unique educational offering. The two digital platforms of RESTGU™—RESTGU™ Guide and RESTGU™ Life Style—were designed to work in harmony, providing all the essential resources for effective learning to obtain the RESTGU™ certification. Our brand positioning strategy, informed by market research, targeted key audiences: restaurant managers, owners, staff, and aspiring restaurateurs. To present RESTGU™ as a holistic online educational resource, we implemented marketing strategies labeled “Your Personal Assistant” and “Your Personal Coach.” To add a personal element to the brand, we created a corporate mascot named RESTGU™, a charming robot that serves as a brand representative and conveys our marketing messages. We developed a cohesive corporate identity that featured logo design, a RESTGU™ Identity Design Guide, posters, brochures, banners, business cards, and a complete range of RESTGU™ merchandise, including a design for the RESTGU™ Certificate. We launched www.restgu.com, a tailored web platform for the RESTGU™ Guide that allows users to create a free personal account to access the Guide, complete the RESTGU™ Test, and obtain the RESTGU™ Certificate. Additionally, we introduced www.restguls.com, a new social media platform for restaurateurs to engage in an international network where they can share ideas, recipes, events, and personal experiences.
