Recognizing his talent for color grading, Osman chose to become a professional colorist. His background in both cinematography and directing enhances his appeal in the industry, as he possesses a distinct ability to convey narratives through color. He views filmmaking as a means to tell stories that connect emotionally with audiences, and he recognizes color as a key element in this process. Osman boasts comprehensive expertise and education in color science, color theory, color psychology, and human perception. He has participated in workshops led by esteemed colorists such as Walter Volpatto (Dunkirk, The Dark Knight), Jill Bogdanowicz (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Joker, Blade Runner), Dado Valentic (Game of Thrones, Marco Polo), Cullen Kelly, and Mark Todd Osborne (Need For Speed). As part of his professional development, he earned certification from Dolby Vision to produce HDR content for platforms like Netflix, Vudu, and Amazon.
